# Delete Work Experience

> Delete a work experience entry

## Endpoint

```
DELETE /api/v1/job-seekers/me/work-experiences/:expId
```

**Base URL**: `http://localhost:3000/api/v1`

<Note>This endpoint requires **authentication** and **Job Seeker role**.</Note>

## URL Parameters

| `expId`   | string | Yes      | The work experience ID |

## Authentication

Include the access token in the Authorization header:

## Description

Delete a work experience entry. This action cannot be undone.

## Notes

  **Permanent Deletion**: This action cannot be undone. The work experience will be permanently
  removed.
</Warning>

<Tip>
  **Re-add Deleted Entry**: If you accidentally delete a work experience, you can create a new one
  using the create endpoint.
