Job Status Flow

DRAFT -> PUBLISHED -> PAUSED -> CLOSED

• DRAFT can be published anytime.
• PUBLISHED can move to PAUSED or CLOSED.
• PAUSED can move back to PUBLISHED or to CLOSED.
• CLOSED is final and cannot be reopened.

DRAFT	Job is being created/edited
PUBLISHED	Job is live and accepting applications
PAUSED	Job is temporarily hidden
CLOSED	Job is closed (final)
